Peter began his property career in private practice gaining experience in valuation and investment at Chestertons and Edward Erdman before moving to MEPC to deal with investments sales and purchases. In 1981 he joined 3i where he had responsibility for their £150 million investment portfolio and the redevelopment of properties within it. In 1986 he left to set up SGS and has since built up an investment portfolio currently worth £50m.
